Meet Jeni
I am a Certified EOS Implementer® who works with business owners and leadership teams to gain clarity, take control, and build stronger, more effective businesses.
Having scaled, led, and successfully exited my own business, I understand first-hand the challenges that come with growth, alignment, and accountability. Because I’ve lived them.
With over 30 years’ experience in leadership and business, including founding DWM Solutions (later rebranded as Otto IT), I bring practical insight and proven frameworks to help leaders strengthen their teams and move beyond the obstacles holding them back.
At the heart of my work is a genuine passion for helping leaders create businesses that work. Supported by the right structure, tools, and guidance to deliver lasting results.
I co-founded DWM Solutions in 2002 and grew it into a successful IT Managed Services business.
But over time, I found myself stuck. Every decision came back to me, and taking time off was stressful. I knew exactly what I’d be walking back into. Chaos.
In 2017, we implemented EOS®, and it became a genuine turning point for the business. EOS brought clarity, alignment, and accountability across the leadership team, allowing the business to move forward without everything resting on my shoulders.
Following a merger in 2020, we rebranded as Otto IT and grew to a team of 35 before successfully selling the business in 2022.
Experiencing the impact of EOS® first-hand led me to become an accredited EOS Implementer® in 2019. Today, I help business owners and leadership teams get out of the weeds, solve root problems, and build businesses that are clear, aligned, and scalable.
