I’m a Professional EOS Implementer and a transformational coach specialising in business, leadership and personal development.
As one of a handful of female leaders in the IT industry, I’m known for my ability to get the absolute best out of business owners and their staff.
My aim as a coach is to work with company owners, and their leadership team, who want to become outstanding leaders in their chosen field. I love to work with people to understand and change how they think.
One of my favourite quotes is from Albert Einstein:
“We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”
My transition into coaching is the result of a natural progression; it utilises my understanding of people and behaviour built throughout 30 years working in administration, leadership, management, team development and corporate culture.
Prior to starting my business DWM Solutions, I worked with a range of high-profile corporates, including KPMG, Morgan & Banks and NAB. My breadth of experience provides an intimate understanding of successful business environments.
How EOS transformed my business
As the owner and General Manager of DWM Solutions, an IT business, I manage a team of 16 people across four offices. We established DWM Solutions almost 20 years ago but implementing EOS was our turning point.
All of our employees at DWM Solutions are now growing in the same direction and working towards the same goal. EOS shines a spotlight into every corner of your business and instils discipline and accountability across your organisation.
I became an EOS Implementer to give other entrepreneurs the skills and systems for ongoing success.

Nick Clift
Nick Clift is a co-founder and owner of Tenassia Pty Ltd, having recently sold his MSP Otto IT. Nick is past Professional EOS Implementer and Member of AICD, CompTia Executive Council.
After 40 years in the Information Technology industry, Nick has turned his focus to helping other business owners get what they want from their business. His experience in starting, growing, acquiring and merging bring enormous benefit to his clients. Helping people learn from his mistakes is what drive Nick .
Prior to founding Tenassia, Nick held various roles within the Information Technology industry including founding 6 businesses, acquired 2 businesses and sold our latest MSP for a complete exit.
