My passion is helping people understand how they think, challenge their perspectives, and make meaningful changes that drive personal and professional growth.

One of my favourite quotes is from Albert Einstein:

Prior to starting my business DWM Solutions in 2002, I worked with a range of high-profile corporates, including KPMG, Morgan & Banks and NAB.
My breadth of experience provides an intimate understanding of successful business environments.

I am co-founder of DWM Solutions in 2002, growing it into a successful IT business.

But I felt "stuck" in the business, all decisions came to me, taking vacation was stressful as I knew what I would come back to - CHAOS!!

In 2017, we implemented EOS®, which became the turning point for our business—aligning our team, creating accountability, and driving real traction. Following a 2020 merger, we rebranded to Otto IT, expanding to a 35-person team, before successfully selling the business in 2022.

Experiencing firsthand how EOS® transforms businesses, I became a Professional EOS Implementer® in 2019 to help other entrepreneurs and leadership teams solve root problems, lead more effectively, and build strong, scalable businesses. Using the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®), I guide teams to gain clarity, momentum, and control, so they can achieve long-term success.
